England winger Jadon Sancho was one of 10 young players nominated for the prestigious Kopa Trophy along with Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi and Everton striker Moise Kean.
Holland defender Matthijs de Ligt, Joao Felix, Samuel Chukwueze, Kangin Lee, Matthijs de Ligt, Vinícius Junior, Kai Havertz and Andrii Lunin make up the nominations for the award.
The trophy is awarded to the best Under-21 player in world football and named after former Real Madrid and France midfielder Raymond Kopa.

It is voted for by former Ballon d’Or winners such as Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Luka Modric.
From the 10-man shortlist, five currently play in Spain – Felix (Atletico Madrid), Vinicius (Real Madrid), Kang-in Lee (Valencia), Samuel Chukwueze (Villarreal) and Andriy Lunin (Valladolid).
Sancho of Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Havertz are the two representatives from the Bundesliga, and Juventus star De Ligt is the only nominee from Serie A in Italy.

The shortlist was announced by France Football on Monday night.
This is the second year of the trophy, which was last year claimed by Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe, with Christian Pulisic in second and Justin Kluivert third on the podium.
The winner of the Kopa Trophy will be announced at a ceremony which will take place on December 2.
