Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold have dubbed themselves the new Ant and Dec after the launch of their new show 'Wingmen'.

The Liverpool full-backs are arguably the best in the world in their respective positions and their chemistry on the pitch is now being highlighted off it.

The first episode shows Alexander-Arnold beat Robertson in a battle of rock, paper, scissors to get the Scotsman to pay for a full tank of petrol and the pair also discuss the celebrations after winning the Premier League title and joke about Jurgen Klopp's dancing.

On Twitter, team-mate James Milner revealed Alexander-Arnold and Robertson's nickname and attempted to get in on the act.

With a picture of the three players together, Milner wrote: "Always a pleasure to be in the company of the self-proclaimed new ‘Ant and Dec’!!

"Maybe I could do the spinoff and be their Joe Swash #wingmen #spinoffshowloosepropeller."

Meanwhile, young defender Rhys Williams says he is determined to maintain Klopp's faith after making his first Champions League start for the club against Atalanta on Tuesday night.

With Virgil van Dijk and Fabinho out injured, Klopp has put his trust in Williams and Nat Phillipps to play alongside Joe Gomez in central defence.

Williams got the nod against Atalanta and looked calm and assured as Liverpool thrashed the Italians 5-0.

And Williams now wants to make himself 'irreplaceable' for Klopp.

He said: "I was hoping for an opportunity but I wasn’t hoping for it as good as this! I’m happy the boss trusts me and I’m going to keep repaying his faith with performances and nights like this, so hopefully I keep getting an opportunity and keep doing everyone proud.

"I want to become an irreplaceable piece of this side. It's a great team with great players.

"I know it’s going to be hard but I’m willing to put the effort in, keep working and hopefully keep putting in performances when I get the chance."
