Manchester United vs Aston Villa live stream: How to watch Premier League fixture online and on TV tonight

Manchester United host Aston Villa in one of the highlight games to kick off the new year with both Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Dean Smith’s sides in great form to finish 2020.

United ground out a victory at home to Wolves thanks to a late strike from Marcus Rashford, while Anwar El Ghazi struck an equaliser at Stamford Bridge to hold Chelsea to a 1-1 draw.

Villa can jump above United with a victory due to a superior goal difference, while the visitors have also played a game less than the Red Devils.

If Solskjaer is to mount a title challenge then three points here will be required to keep pace with champions Liverpool.

Jack Grealish was a target for United last summer, and Smith will hope the England international can influence the game in a decisive manner in their surprise move to compete for a Champions League place.
