Man Utd’s 2021/22 kits ‘leaked’ with brand new sponsor – but fans are divided
Manchester United’s three new kits for the 2021/22 campaign have been leaked online – but supporters are divided over two of the designs.
United Journal has released images of the Red Devils’ rumoured home, away and third strips for next season, which includes new sponsor TeamViewer in the centre of all three shirts.
The first picture shows the home shirt, which is predominantly red with white accents on the round-neck collar and sleeves, as well as Adidas’ trademark three stripes on the shoulders.
However, it is the quirkier away designs which have sparked most controversy amongst divided United fans on social media.
The leaked away kit appears to draw inspiration from their 1990/92 strip, with a blue and white geometric design accompanied by red stripes on the shoulders and a matching-coloured Adidas logo, United badge and TeamViewer sponsor.
And the third kit is certainly the most striking of the lot, featuring a ‘glory blue’ geometric design which resembles four arrows pointing downwards along with yellow detailing.
The United faithful are torn over the leaked kits on Twitter, with some praising Adidas for their efforts and others lambasting them.
One wrote: “Yes to the red; the dark blue is ok; no chance on the light blue”.
Another excited supporter said: “THEY ARE SO NICE”.
“The sponsor looks like it's in such an awkward place on the shirt,” put a third.

A fourth commented: “Wtf is that third kit. Home and away kit look fine.”
Another fan said: “Love them but I ain’t buying them #GlazersOut”
While one came to a damning conclusion by simply writing: “So s***”.
United recently agreed a £235million deal with technology company TeamViewer to become their new shirt sponsor.
Manchester Evening News claim the five-year contract has been described by club sources as the biggest shirt-only deal in the Premier League and the largest sponsorship of any kind secured by a team during the coronavirus pandemic.
