Man Utd chase Toulouse youngster Kouadio Kone with Leeds United also keen
Manchester United are reportedly interested in a move for Toulouse youngster Kouadio Kone.
Kone has impressed in France's second tier this season with the 19-year-old having been capped at U-19 level for France.
He has seen more time on the pitch this season following Toulouse’s relegation to Ligue 2 and Ibrahim Sangare's departure for PSV Eindhoven.
And Italian outlet CalcioMercato claim the Red Devils are interested, though could face a battle with Leeds United and AC Milan also keen.
United have turned their attentions to younger stars in recent transfer windows with Facundo Pellistri and Amad Diallo signed by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer during the summer.
Pellistri has impressed in United’s U-23s while Diallo is set to head to Old Trafford this month after a deal was agreed with Atalanta.
On plans for the duo, Solskjaer said last month: "We felt Facundo would benefit.
"He started training with the first-team – he did well but we couldn't give him game-time so we thought we'd give him a run of games in the 23s and he's benefited from that.

“His confidence has been given a boost. He's shown in all the games that he can impact the game.
"With Amad, hopefully we can get him in and we'll see how the squad looks and how he looks and how he settles as soon as possible.
“They're both talented players that we believe will have a long career here. It's important we find the right time."
Reports have suggested Diallo will join up with Solskjaer’s first team following his arrival.

Solskjaer said: "We have had all the paperwork, I can't see any obstacles. He's coming. I hope very soon he will be with us.
"I’m very excited about bringing him in, I think he’s shown a few times his qualities.
"Of course he has to learn to play in England, that’s a different level of football. We’ll give him time to develop and to express himself.”
