Brighton's Amex Stadium will allow spectators in on Sunday as part of the government's latest pilot scheme.

The Seagulls will play in a friendly as they prepare for the start of the 2020/21 Premier League season.

And fans will be in attendance for the first time since the coronavirus pandemic put matches in England behind closed doors.

Brighton's opponent is unnamed as yet, with confirmation to come soon.

A target date of October is being aimed for for when fans can begin to return to games in the Premier League.

Stadiums will not be at full capacity straight away, though.
