Arsenal are at risk of losing five of their players for free when their contracts run out next year. The Gunners could lose Alexandre Lacazette, Callum Chambers, Sead Kolasinic, Mohamed Elneny and Eddie Nketiah who are all worth a combined total of £65 million.

Players who have six months left on their contract could negotiate a move away in the January transfer window and leave for nothing at the end of their contract.

And Arsenal are in danger of letting that happen to five of their stars whose contracts end in 2022.

Lacazette has been at Arsenal since joining from Lyon for £47million in 2017.

The Frenchman is valued at £25million and has scored 50 goals in the Premier League for the Gunners. He was voted Arsenal’s player of the season in 2018-19.

The striker has 16 caps for World Champions France and helped the Gunners to win the FA Cup in 2020.

Also at risk of leaving for nothing is Callum Chambers who joined Arsenal from Southampton in 2014.

The defender who has played at centre back and right back over the years is available for £10 million.

He made just 10 appearances for Arsenal in the Premier League last season.

Chambers will face competition next season from new £50 million signing Ben White who joined the Gunners this summer from Brighton.

Sead Kolasinic is another player out of contract next summer and is valued at £6 million.

The left back spent last season on loan at Bundesliga side Schalke, who he originally left to join Arsenal in 2017.

Other players who Arsenal are at risk of losing for nothing include Mohammed Elneny who spent last season in Turkey playing for Besitkas.

The Egyptian is valued at £4.5 million and has been at Arsenal since joining from FC Basel in 2016.

Eddie Nketiah has been at Arsenal since leaving the Chelsea youth academy in 2015.

He is valued at £14 million and made 30 appearances last season scoring six goals.

Nketiah spent the 2019/20 season at Leeds United helping them to secure promotion to the Premier League.

The Gunners have spent over £70million this summer having added Ben White, Albert Sambi Lokonga and Nuno Tavares to their squad.

They kick off their Premier League campaign against newly-promoted Brentford on August 13.
