Patrick Mahomes’ girlfriend trolls haters with celebrations after Chiefs win
Patrick Mahome s led the Kansas City Chiefs to a stunning 51-31 win over the Houston Texans on Sunday and his No.1 fan – girlfriend Brittany Matthews – loved every single second of it.
The Chiefs found themselves 24 points down but staged a remarkable comeback to secure their place in the NFL AFC Championship game next Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
But quarterback Mahomes was at his brilliant best – throwing four touchdown passes in one quarter – to stage the ultimate turnaround.
Matthews was in the stands watching the game with friends and posted a series of videos showing her excitement.

One clip in particular showed Matthews speaking into the camera on her Instagram story, saying: “I just want to tune in and say, all those people that doubted us and hated on us and thought we were going lose this game, guess again!”
Last month, Matthews was in attendance for the Chiefs’ game against the New England Patriots and accused Pats fans of ‘harassing’ her.
Matthews said on Twitter that she and Mahomes' brother, Jackson, had to be moved from their seats to a safer spot during the game because of the harassment from some Patriots supporters.
She was again vocal on Twitter on Sunday as she posted a series of tweets detailing the Chiefs’ comeback.
Mahomes is now being tipped to lead the Chiefs all the way to the Super Bowl with his display earning high praise from NFL expert Jeff Reinebold.
“This is a team that can explode on you at any moment,” said Reinebold.
