Jon Jones has shown off his incredible body transformation as the UFC star piles on the pounds ahead of his highly-anticipated tilt at the heavyweight title.
The all-conquering light heavyweight champion gave up his 205 pound title last August and has since been working hard to put on the weight necessary to take on the top heavyweights.
While other fighters have sought to keep hold of their title while they pursue a second belt in a different weight class, Jones vacated his belt because he knew the bulking up process would take some time.

Jones has reportedly gained three stone in weight and recent training pictures have shown the 33-year-old in mean shape as he nears his goal size for heavyweight.
Fans are intrigued to see how ‘Bones’ performs at a heavier weight class. There is a general agreement that Jones has the natural ability to give any heavyweight a difficult night, but there are questions to be answered over the American’s mobility having put on more weight.
Jones responded to those concerns in January, having shared another photo of himself on his body transformation journey.
BEFORE: The American gave up his light heavyweight title in August to focus on bulking up
AFTER: Jones has reportedly gained three stone but says his mobility will not be impacted
Flexing his back muscles on Instagram, the 33-year-old told fans he is enjoying the freedom of eating as he wishes.
‘It feels good to not be depriving myself of food anymore, can’t fit any of my suits but I’m moving well,’ he wrote.
Jones will be watching with interest on Saturday night as Stipe Miocic defends his heavyweight title against Francis Ngannou at the UFC Apex.
Miocic, regarded as the greatest heavyweight of all time, takes on knockout machine Ngannou for a second time, having derailed the Cameroonian when they first met in 2018.

UFC supremo Dana White says Jones will take on the winner for the heavyweight title
UFC chief Dana White has told Jones that he will take on the victor later this year, most likely in Autumn, as the 33-year-old looks to replicate his dominance at 205 pounds among the heavyweights.
Jones has 14 UFC title wins, defended his title 11 times and has swept aside two generations of light heavyweights over a decade within the organisation.
The American recently hit out at claims that Khabib Nurmagomedov is the UFC’s Greatest Of All Time fighter, and a heavyweight triumph will almost certainly cement his status as the best to ever compete in the UFC.
