Cheltenham hope shares name with adult film star who jockey joked about ‘riding’

That's because it's seven-year-old bay mare Brandy Love who will be taking to the track this week, not 49-year-old porn legend Brandi Love. She'll be gunning for glory, rather than glory holes, in the Mares' Hurdle on Tuesday (March 14).
That'll be one of four rides Paul Townend is making for trainer Willie Mullins on the opening day of The Festival. The Irish jockey previously joked Brandy Love was his favourite.

During a conversation with former Premier League forward Kevin Doyle in December 2021, Townend was asked: "Do you have any outsiders or one that's not as well known that you're looking forward to riding?"
"Brandy Love is one that I look forward to, uh," he replied, before bursting into laughter. Since then she's had just three outings.

Returning from a 10-month lay off at Punchestown last month, Townend rode her to a third-placed finish, being outrun by race favourite Queens Brook and pipped to second by Anna Bunina.
That lengthened her odds for the 16.10 at Cheltenham, but they have since fallen from 7-1 to 11-2 just over 24 hours out from the race.
It's hard to imagine the other Brandi Love, whose real name is Tracey Lynn Livermore, will be tuning in to see how she goes.
It's more likely the award-winning MILF actress will be making content for her exclusive website OnlyBrandi and her 1 million Twitter followers.
