Masters 2019: Tiger Woods’ comeback win makes Twitter go wild

Fourteen years after winning his last Masters Tournament, Tiger Woods emerged victorious Sunday afternoon to claim his fifth green jacket.

After battling numerous injuries and back surgeries over the past decade, Woods’ comeback ended by claiming a one-shot victory, finishing with a 13-under 70.

Less than two years ago, Woods expressed he wasn’t sure if was going to be able to play at the elite level again, but impressive and steady play throughout the weekend showed a glimmer of the old Tiger from the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Naturally, a litany of emotions were expressed on social media after woods secured his fifth Masters win and 15th major tournament win overall. Here are some of the best reactions:
