Mane picked up yellows in Senegal’s away win to Equatorial Guinea in 2018 and also in their 2-0 victory over Madagascar.
The Liverpool man will miss the opening showdown on June 23, but should return for Senegal’s next two group stage games against Algeria and Kenya.
Mane features as the spearhead of the attack for his country, and will be looking to continue his fine form into the competition.
